We have three different kinds of gift certificates for kayak instruction in Georgia:
A two-hour kayaking roll lesson taught in a heated pool in an upscale health club located off of Briarcliff Rd in Atlanta. We teach these beginner kayak lessons Monday through Thursday evening from 8 – 10 PM. The roll classes are limited in size to four people.
Cost $75.00
One half set of beginners kayak lessons – these include a two hour roll lesson and all day Saturday on the water. Saturday morning our students meet us at 10am in Jasper, GA (40 miles north of Atlanta). We go to Carter Lake and work on proper paddling techniques. Then we leave the lake in the afternoon and come down the Cartecay River Saturday afternoon. The size of weekend classes are limited to eight people and we will have two or three instructors.

Full set of beginners kayak lessons – these include two 2-hour roll classes and all day Saturday and Sunday on the water. Sunday our students meet us at 10 am in Ellijay, GA and we go back to the Cartecay River and work on how to ferry, catch eddies, peel out, and how to read the water. We’ll also work on some play boating moves.
